Marc - I wanted to make sure that you know what a talented team of professionals you have on board at MIG. Rich Eme is probably one of the most professional, respectful, capable engineers I have ever met. He truly surpassed my expectations. Not only was he extremely thorough with his findings, but he came back last week to oversee that everything that could possibly be done was! I admire that work ethic. Josh & Wayne came through as the “A” team. They were quiet and respectful of us and our home. They are gems and should be proud of their work ethic and behaviors. All three men were standouts! I hope there is something in your MIG (Reward & Recognition) program where they will receive KUDOS for a job well done!
