I am writing this letter to you to tell you of my experience with MIG and your home improvement crew. First let me start with your salesman, Steve Dupra. When he first came over to my house to give me an estimate, I was impressed with his knowledge of suggesting the best insulation solution for my attic. I asked him to stop back a second time, which he happily did, and answered my numerous questions about the insulation process. He also stopped by when the crew was starting the insulation work to tell them how he wanted it done, as the attic is not a “straight forward” job. He also stopped by when Josh did the testing on the house after the insulation was done. He made me feel as though I was the most important job he had! You have a terrific employee and person in Steve. The next comment I want to make it about the crew themselves; Marc and Shaun. They were here on time, and went above and beyond my expectations of work ethic. They worked very hard, and didn’t leave until everything was done. Even though Marc got filthy crawling up over the upper bedroom, he didn’t shrug it off, he just went up there and did it. They left my attic neat and took away any debris. They were happy to answer any questions I had and again, made me feel like my job was as important as any large, more costly home improvement contract. They were GREAT! Finally, I really appreciate the fact that Josh came over and ran test on the air quality of my house. He found two gas leaks in my basement that I had no idea were there.If it wasn’t for your free testing, I would never know that they existed. So in summary, I am extremely pleased with your company and will recommend them in the future to anyone that needs work done on their home. Thank you for being particular in your practice to hire quality employees to work for you. It will pay you back in satisfied customers and a good reputation in the community.

What a great insulation job accomplished by the home improvement team on the job–Derek and Gary. It was super hot in the attic, the boys were guessing it was 120 degrees F. The team worked hard, were sensitive and successful in completing the job without tracking or leaving any dirt or trash in the house. They were also polite, knowledgeable and personable–great representatives of your firm. Please thank them for me.

Our contractor, Chad Couperous, recommended MIG and a crew of insulation contractors were here today insulating our addition. We want to commend the insulation crew and the quality of work performed. Simply outstanding. Thanks to all.

The best way to describe my experience with MIG is simple and enjoyable. From the moment we first spoke with Jeff Ange, we knew we were in good hands. Jeff came to our house, and after hearing what we were looking for in a fireplace, and seeing the space in our living room, he helped us decide on the best gas fireplace installation for our home. Based on our needs, we chose the Heatilator line of gas fireplaces. The service was speedy, but very high quality. Jim was our fireplace installation expert. After he installed the fireplace, he shared his knowledge with us on how to operate everything, from the remote control to the heat adjustor, and answered any questions we had. Not only was our experience with the team a pleasurable one, but their product quality stands by their promise. We are looking forward to using our Heatilator fireplace this winter!

At this point in time, the gutter helmet looks great and the color blends with the roof tile. MIG did a great job. Can’t wait until it rains!

I wanted to be sure to take a moment to thank you for the excellent work your guys did yesterday at my house in Gorham. I was delighted with how hard they worked to get the job done and with the amount of insulation they put in my house. They were extremely conscious about any debris that was on the porch or in the house. They checked all around the first floor to see what insulation there was in each room. I was simply thrilled and they even went so far as to paint any shingles that they removed in order for them to not show they were different. I told them I was not worried about that they did an amazing job at putting everything back but they wanted it perfect. It is very nice for me to know what rooms need insulation in the future. They explained and talked to me about everything they did. I was beyond excited last night when my furnace hardly ran at all, the difference was incredible. I am extremely pleased with the work and believe it was worth every penny. Thank you it was a pleasure doing business with your company.

Follow up to thank you for passing on our concern for our shower door and the prompt service to fix it. The same day I called you a service person called and scheduled an appointment, the next day a service person came. He was prompt, kind and very good at making a quick evaluation of the issue and fixing the problem. I appreciate all your help, please pass on the word to everyone how pleased we are with the shower door, we are very satisfied with the outcome. Thank you again Stefanie. By the way- I LOVE my closets!!!! I always hated the wire closets because you can’t swing clothes across the bar… but the way yours are designed, you can! I am THRILLED!!!! I LOVE my shoe racks!!! MIG did a fabulous job!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about your crews. The guys that came on Wednesday were just fabulous. It is not always easy being a single mom, I worry that I won’t understand things or be taken advantage of. I have to say with your company I have no concerns what so ever and I appreciate that very much. The guys showed me what they were doing the whole time, explained things to me and were incredibly polite and cleaned up to the point you can’t tell they were even there. I am more than delighted to send a check in for the $1000 and I am putting in an extra $100 for your guys. I will be sure to put that in the mail to you first thing Tuesday morning.
