Guy and Ed were here finishing up our installations. I can’t say enough about their work and what a pleasure they were to have around. They were professional, friendly, and so respectful of our new home. Here they were carrying in this enormous mirror and pausing for each of them to take their shoes off! Ed is a good sales guy too. My friend was here helping me organize my new closets and raving about the work. Ed said, “We can do the same thing for you, Mary.” You couldn’t help but smile. The salesman was courteous and offered several options. The work crew did a great job removing the old gutters and installing the new ones. We have yet to see how the gutter helmet with heat will work, since the actual gutter helmet was installed during the summer.

I am writing you about account manager John Geska. He was great help to me in getting my old fireplace replaced. He answered all my questions, returned all my calls and confirmed the date for the installation. I will recommend him to my friends, family and neighbors. When I need more work on my house, he’ll be the first on I call.

I am writing to express my appreciation for the tremendous job John and Nate did in the gutter installation for our home Monday and Tuesday. The heat and humidity were brutal. In similar conditions the two days prior to their starting our home, I happened to be putting in pipe to take water from the gutters on one side of our house out about 150? to a drainage ditch the town put in when our subdivision was built. I found I had to take a break every 20-30 minutes just to be able to continue to work, but John and Nate kept a steady pace through it all day long. We are very pleased with everything they did and have already sung the praises of MIG to friends and neighbors. They are both a credit to your company and hope they might be recognized in some way for how pleased we were with their work.

I was not home when the install occurred, but looking at what was done I am very pleased. The fact that the attic dormer was completed as well as what I thought was being done was bonus number 1. Bonus #2 was the care taken on the install to put black gutter links on the darker roof shingles rather than traditional white was an unexpected brilliant surprise. Please pass on my sincere thanks for a job that appears well done. Hopefully you will not here from me during our winter months and the potentially dangerous ice dams will be resolved!
